1st day of summer

Today it felt (at last) like the first true day of summer.  A day for sitting (or lying) on my swing seat in the sun, reading a book (Judi Dench - Behind the Scenes) and relaxing.  

I like the following Chinese proverb:
'Tension is who you think you should be.  Relaxation is who you are.'
