Pollen covered...

...and pretty.
Identity?
Unknown.

I'm tired and my eyes are itchy.
(Pollen? Lack of sleep? Both :-))
Probably because...
In the early hours...
I was almost asleep. Honestly.
Then I remembered that my phone was switched on and charging.
(Insomnia advice (!)?says turn off any electrical devices before sleep).
I reached down into the darkness to perform the act of unplugment..
After considerable plug-groping (which is noisier than you'd think) I wrestled a plug out of the multiple socket. With almost immediate effect the alarm clock began to flash that heart-sinking 'zero zero zero'.
Now I'd created three tasks; correct unplugment, re-plugment and (oh joy) setting-up the radio alarm again. (It was like the start of Greenwich Mean Time all over again - oh how we love changing all the timing devices).
Himself is more sensitive than a moth to the teeniest bit of light (never mind noise, hence the whispering socket-finding) and he was already stirring grumbililly(?).
I used the light from the phone screen to reset the alarm clock which, I never realised before, ticks noisily with every digit change (and of course, setting up from zero, it was 23.59 and I needed a 6.59 alarm, which is pretty much almost as many digit changes as could possibly be mustered). Like a peterman (a crossword word I never imagined using in the context of my world) I deftly, eventually, completed all the necessaries.
Himself didn't fully awaken (in fairness) until I pressed 'set' on the alarm, when the radio surprised us both by bursting somewhat startlingly into life.

Still.
I enjoyed a good photography foray.
If I can find out how to add extra pictures (or edit anything) I'll give you a sweet baby wren too.
(Anyone else struggling - just me then?).
