Claire and Andy.

It's the last day of Claire and Andy's holiday (they are just back from Crete) before they're both back at work tomorrow and they took me for a very lovely seafood lunch at Loch Fyne down at the harbour this afternoon. It was so gorgeously sunny that we sat outside and contentedly basked. I think this is the most vitamin D I've had for quite some time!
