Love fest 2

I was roused from my torpour by the pool by the most incredible chattering bird sound. Two seconds later this pair of sparrows landed on the wall behind me.
The male proceeded to preen and chatter and pose around the female. Strutting does not describe his behaviour well enough. He danced in circles all around her. His wing feathers were pushed back then forward, his chest thrust out and his head held up and back. A fantastic display accompanied by loud squawking throughout.
Miss Sparrow didn't seem too impressed though and after a minute or so, flew off with her suitor in close pursuit. An amazing display and one I've never seen before, all taking place about 4 feet away from me.
