Peveril Point, Swanage at low tide

The Coastwatch building is just to the left of the flagstaff.  At far left along the coastline is Durlston Castle.

These ledges are under water at high tide - their limit is marked by a red buoy - and there is also a tidal race to be contended with.  Not a safe place for the inexperienced!
