Dandelion fountain

The conference I am attending started today, this fountain is in the grounds of the Academia Romana where it is being held. There was a similar fountain in Sibiu too when I lived there, they always remind me of dandelions about to release their seeds.

My conference paper went well today, I think. At any rate I didn't get torn to pieces in the questions afterwards, which is always a plus! Tomorrow is my last day here, I am the chair and discussant for another panel in the afternoon, and then I have to leave the conference slightly early to make sure I get to the airport in time. It's been a short and sweet visit, but I'm so happy to have been back, I mustn't leave it so long next time!
