Three waggon Wednesday...
Took a trailer load of old ewes and tups over to next door to add to the ones wee brother had going. The lorry arrived in at 7.30 ,heading for Carlisle.
Was going to blip the timber lorry in loading up ,but had left the i pod at home on the charger.
Quick change, then off to the dentist for a check up. Seems I need a filling,so back tomorrow. Went for a hair cut, filled the petrol cans for the quads, fed the away from home cattle, then back for dinner time.
The tractor man arrived back with the McCormick loader refusing to go into gear. Feels like a clutch pack away. More expense.
Tagged some calves and put them out to the field.
The lorry in with sawdust for the shed floors ready for starting clipping tomorrow. He has a blower on the back which lets us blow the sawdust where we need it. Was taken by the signage paint work on his lorry, all hand painted by an old lad of 82. None of that stickers and transfer nonsense ! As you can tell, Alan comes from Peebles !
