Risotto

For some reason, I tend to blip when I'm cooking risotto. This is the fifth risotto blip. I added thyme to the mushroom tonight to be different, and some wine which is normal.

Yesterday's oyster catchers have disappeared. Last spotted at a neighbouring office. They're clearly the travellers of the bird world.

And tomorrow's Friday. Weird week with a midweek day off.
