Bright lights, big city
A day in London for work today. Every time I'm here I'm struck by how different London and Edinburgh are. It feels like a different country.
I guess, in a way, I understand the political divide. I understand independence, finally. While Northern England will always be my family home, London is completely alien.
I don't mind visiting, but it's not the place for me. It never was and it never will be. Scotland is the place for me, I love my city. I look forward to going home tomorrow.
