'The colourblind photographer and the heron'

A few years ago I photographed a heron at the brook near where I live.  Later when I was editing the pic, I'd  naively and, being bit colourblind, unknowingly altered the colour of the bird!  When I posted the picture here there were some raised eyebrows...had a new breed of heron been spotted ?... here? ...in the West Midlands?  

Sadly not.  

I apologised and quickly converted the blip into black and white. 

So today's blip, pictured on the banks of Birmingham's canals...I hope I haven't tampered with the colours too much!
