Castlenau de Montmiral

Another day, another bastide town, this one high up on a hill (aren't they all?) just a few miles away from where we are staying.  We did some wine tasting this morning at Domaine Terisses, which is one of our favourites.  Had a picnic lunch in the old square in L'Isle sur Tarn and then went for some more wine tasting at Chateau Salettes.  Terisses is friendly, farm like and makes a glorious "Terres Originelle".  Salettes is more upmarket and prissy, but still makes great wines.  We bought from both.  Back home to try out our new outdoor cooker (too hot to cook inside the caravan) and a little more wine (hic!)
