Puffin!

We had a wonderful time on the Farne Islands. Seals; Guillemots, Eider ducks, terns and lots and lots of puffins (much harder to catch in flight than you would imagine!)
There were also a number of gulls which attempted to catch the incoming puffins and steal the eel worms they were bringing in to their burrows.
One extra photo is a seagull doing just that.
The other is one of those dreaded terns. It has just dive-bombed Trev and is about to peck me for getting photographic evidence!
