Who owns research data?

FSD threw a seminar at Tampere University with a title: Who owns research data. The seminar went very well, I think, and it seemed like the audience was genuinely interested about the topics of the day: data ownership, data policies and open data.

For many weeks, Finland has been stuck on the routes of several low pressure fronts. The Finnish Meteorological Institute says that the ongoing start of the summer ha been coolest in half a centry. Strong and gusty winds have also caused conditions to feel colder than usual.
