Cocktail night

The trouble is with this place there is bugger all to do in the evening. I didn't fancy swimming again and it was such a lovely evening I went for a little walk round the big watery thing in the town centre. There is a big historical plaque telling you all about it, have already forgotten the details.

Obviously I had to stop got a quick drink in the sun at the waters edge. And what a find!! Cocktails are 2 for 1 after 5pm - no end time so I could get settled in here. Note to self, don't come here for lunchtime cocktails, they are twice the price.

However, there were no fancy gin numbers. In fact, no gin numbers at all and frankly I could have done better myself. And I have to drive back to my executive suite. So no cocktails.

There is lots of pretty bunting as well, pretty against the sky I thought.

Mon - Thursday away is too much for me I think, I more than ready to go home.
