Great Blasket Island!

To get here we had a 50 minute sail in a fast boat. I got off at the island while L stayed on board to do a tour of the other Blaskets and hopefully see lots of wildlife! Great Blasket was the only inhabited island but the last residents left in 1953. this weaver seems to be around in the summer and has just the best view, especially on a day like this!
