Bug

Agonised quite a lot over this entry as I know it's mostly out of focus and I had a yellow iris "in the bag". In the end the bug won - partly because what the photo shows is something I didn't really see. It caught my eye when it crawled up the leaf of a small shrub and stopped when it couldn't go further. Looks almost like its head is poking out of a shell or pod a bit like a tortoise. And are those white things teeth? Looks a bit like something out of a horror film. It was just a "quick grab" shot. Tomorrow you may get the iris.
