A walk on the beach

  I accidently timed it well when I went down to the beach at lunchtime as the tide was out and was just beginning to turn in again.  The advantage of this is that you can get a bit further out and have more choice when it comes to vantage points.  There were three people in the distance all working on something and I couldn't work out what they were doing exactly but they were possibly carrying metal detectors, so the person in the photograph was one of them. 
  On a completely different topic, I wish blip central would give us some updates, about anything really, even if just to confirm that there is someone there.
