Birthday Helpers

It's my dad's birthday today. He had an operation yesterday so was not in the greatest of fitness but the boys soon cheered him up. 
When they came in Dylan said "is it your birthday Grandad?"
My dad "yes it is"
Dylan "oh good have you got cake"
