Red Letter Day

Ruth's first solo sail in over two years .... what you cannot see properly here is the massive smile that she had from start to finish! 

Sailability - sailing charity for the disabled offer adapted boats which helped Ruth overcome the problems she has with her joints.  The only catch is that we have to go to Oulton Broad in Suffolk for this .... but it looks like we'll be making the 70 mile round trip weekly for the rest of the summer :-)

Amy had a go too and despite being a much less experienced sailor she had a great time too.
 
All of which eclipsed the Common Blue butterfly seen on a walk at Whitlingham while Amy was at school this morning - extra photo required!
