Manchester

Today Brian and I went to the Richmond Tea Rooms in Manchester. I love the place because it's Alice In Wonderland themed and I don't know anywhere else like it. It was a bit overpriced for what we got but I suppose it's to do with the experience! I'll just go once a year near my birthday! Oh and I'm like the Queen in that my birthday celebrations go on for a week (at least!!).

We drove home via Cheetham Hill/Whitefield where there is a large orthodox Jewish community. I am fascinated by how they live such a dedicated life on the edge of a vibrant city....it's all part of what makes the city so vibrant.
