A Swimmer In Difficulties.

After my swim and a coffee off to the shops . Never got there . A glass full of water stood on a mooring . Something made me look inside .At first it seemed just water .Then I saw the fly in there and trying hard to get out . An ant came to observe from the rim ( see extra shots ) but soon went off .
It took ages to get this shot plus entailed  sprawling  along the canal towpath . For my little camera the result is pleasing.  The fly as you will see in extras on my finger is pleased .(Had no wish to crop) . Only an extra plus  my finger nails !
I think that the size of this tiny fly in relation to the water in the glass is same as yours truly when in the YClub swimming pool .Some thought !
