Rest Day
On a regular week we do CrossFit Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We make sure we take Wednesday as a rest day. This means a lie in until 7am (Jen sets the radio to go off at 7am, I set my alarm for 5 minutes later to make sure we are really up in case you were wondering) rather than getting up at 5.30am to get to the 6.30am class.
Sometimes we feel like we’ve got loads of energy and could do more but this week we definitely needed the time off!
I like this alarm clock because the numbers are massive so I can still see it during the night without my glasses on!
