Peach cordial

I tried to eat a peach tonight and discovered that Tesco's 'ripen in the bowl' peaches turn from cricket balls to bags of liquid in just 2 days. So a bit of squishing, some sugar and a spare grapefruit and the peaches are now a zingy fruit cordial :-)
