Campomoro

This was an accidental find.

As stated yesterday,  the intention was to move to the campsite next door but before moving there we decided to drive to Propriano town and to an interesting-looking dead-end road the other side leading to a tower.

The dead end proved to be a little gem with a lovely beach and a small fishing village with a couple of restaurants (both of which we have sampled today).

An additional bonus was a nice but very simple campsite a couple of hundred metres from the centre - so that's where we have ended up.

That is the great thing about motorhome touring out of season - you just end up where you end up!

This image was from just outside the restaurant where we had eaten.  My tripod setup attracted a little group of people to watch what I was doing.  I ended up demonstrating Lee filters to a very enthusiastic Frenchman.

Tomorrow we are heading to Bonifacio at the southern-most tip of Corsica.
