White Park rare breed cattle at Wimpole Hall

I had to stop to snap these beautiful white cattle at Wimpole Hall this afternoon.  I didnt know what breed they were until I looked them up.  According to wiki they are a very old rare breed. They are believed to be a breed of cattle  which was found in many parts of the British Isles two thousand years ago References are made to them in many legends and stories.  They have been exported to many countries, some only recently!

Anyway they are beautiful to look at and appeared mild natured...but I didnt get too close.
