Flag Iris

A walk round the pond in Maxwell Park this morning. The reeds and the flag irises are at their best just now ..... the same can't be said for the bulrushes which are looking a bit moth eaten just now. The coot chicks are growing fast but still expect mum to provide them with most of their food. No ducklings ... I guess they have all been taken.
Daisies are not welcome in my grass but they do look attractive in the park.
