Screwed!

Ok, I'm not actually doing any DIY, I was just trying to think of something around the house that I could use for my first MonoMonday photo.  I'm probably not going to be out and about for a few days taking interesting photos as due to my bad foot, I managed to trip over on Saturday, fall heavily and wrench my back and neck.  So I think that 'screwed' as a title is actually quite apt! :)
