Open Gardens

Today various gardens in our village were open to the public to browse, ooh and aah.
The sun came out, the wind dropped and it all came together. I managed a look round 3 gardens, all quite different but equally interesting. The teas were of course a highlight, and the baking was amazing ( though I say so myself).
But my day was rudely interrupted by journeys to take the teenager to and from a cricket match. Taxi!
However the day was nicely rounded off with a barbecue at one of the neighbours. Kids running round, adults chatting. A truly Temple evening.
