I do work out more than once a week but Sundays are the toughie and by the time I've done this I don't really do anything else to report on a sunday. This week involved pulling a sled with 50k on it, hitting tyres with a sledge hammer, rowing, running, squats, lunges, press ups, ring rows.... You get the idea!
