A low paced morning (but quietly productive) - dishes from last night and then foraging for bits for the allotment - boxes for a cold frame and bits of a broken pallet for hanging nets over the alpine strawberries.

Late in the morning I took milk and breakfast bits to hers and proceeded to splash paint on the unpainted living room walls. She cleaned the wood work and I think we're almost ready for carpet....

By then it was late afternoon, so we had a small wander out into the sunshine and then I vamoshed to leave her to the children.

To the allotment for me and onions tended, watering and weeding done, I still have stuff to do but hopefully I'll get there this week and get everything on course... (!)

Home around 8 for some dinner (not that I really needed it after the three breakfasts.

Busy week ahead; lots to do to make full use of it.
