Summer is Here

A wonderful day with the family, sitting under the grape vine having a plate of pasta bake ( a mixture of meatballs, boiled egg, mozzarella & parmesan  cheese covered with a home made tomato sauce) followed by meat and salad... felt like we were on holiday in the beautiful sunshine .
Later Enzo picked Stuart, Iveta and the children up from the airport, just returning from Sicily - I made them a pasta bake also  ( I think they might have been pasterd out) maybe they were  in need of a good Sunday roast ;-)
