My kingdom for a horse !

Dry today ,but still a chill wind. Moved the cow that calved yesterday a field nearer to the steading. The cow has had mastitis in the past and is only firing on 2 cylinders,so will need to keep an eye on the calf to see it is getting enough milk
Pulled a nail out the front tyre of the loader tractor,followed by a lot of hissing,so stuck a self tapper screw in it until I had time to put a proper tyre plug in this afternoon. Mrs Farmerboab and little miss went down to the village for the open gardens afternoon.
I joined them tonight for the after gardens BBQ. Presume Health and Safety risk assessments had been required judging by the abundance of yellow posters in evidence !
Does that mean the stones came from a stable wall,or just that horses aren't allowed ?
