What a day!

Well that was a day that was!!

We were home alone at the tearooms today, well I say home alone, it was full to the brim with customers. 

I decided to go to work early and prepare for the day....I had baked a couple of cakes and two batches of scones before 9 o'clock. There was a big party booked for the garden and we set up and prepared...at the same time customers were arriving for breakfast. We were cooking on gas!!

We didn't stop all day, so when we had eventually cleared the mountain of washing up and cleaned everything we collapsed in the garden with a sneaky beer. It was an effort to get up again and set off home!

I am completely jiggered!!
