Our regular meander to the park involves some fairly stunning scenery - so blessed to live here in the peaks. As we finished taking this shot we met a man who has lived here for 80 years but looked around 70. He said he expects to make it to 100 no probs, it's always a joy to be around those who love life.

A fun day of church, BBQ with Ju, a whizz to M&S for Ju-related tasks and a longish walk.
