No! No! No!

No it's not the G7 protestors in Germany, but my mum, TheAphid, Rik and over a thousand others protesting in little old 'Sunny Jersey'.

There was a fantastic turnout, with a wonderful good humoured atmosphere and only one policeman wandering around. Passing cars honked horns and media were their with cameras and video, recording it all. In fact you can read more on the local BBC site if you're wondering what it's all about!

06/07/15  Just added two extra photos. I've just discovered that the insect on the right is a cuckoo solitary bee Nomada succincta and is a very nice find as is a rare one both locally and nationally (only found in Jersey and Guernsey within the British Isles). I was deleting photos from the PC and thought I'd ask on the local facebook group. Very exciting that someone could identify such a rarity!
The other extra is the nymph of a Speckled Bush Cricket. It's heavily cropped as it was so tiny!
