... at Knaresborough Castle.

The  ravens regularly entertain tourists in the castle grounds; for anyone interested in the story behind these birds, see here.

This is the first time I have managed to photograph the birds without interruption from the raven keeper, who insists on repeating the long tale about the birds. I got away whilst she was occupied telling the story to someone else.

Yesterday's blip eventually got the better of my curiosity about using the mobile phone as a mirror. A simple experiment provided all the evidence I needed - I can use my mobile to see a makeshift reflection, should I ever feel the need. Satisfied now, I can sleep easy.
