Watchman Hill

I dumped the bike in Elvanfoot and drove down the spectacular A702 to Dalveen and then ran back to the bike (18km) over the hills:

Thirstane Hill --> East Mount Lowther --> Lowther Hill --> Green Trough --> Green Lowther --> Peden Head --> Dungrain Law --> Dun Law --> White Law --> Black Law --> Lousie Woood Law --> Watchman Hill

Pleasant running over springy turf. Lots of Peewits and Oyster catchers in the valleys; and am fairly sure I saw an owl at one point.
