Suomenlinna

Out on the early ferry to the fortress island of Suomenlinna: a World Heritage site. Walked across to the island and had a long meeting inside the curtain wall of the old fortress - at lunchtime I took a walk around the coast to the King's Gate, and back past the cannons facing out to sea. Ferry back to Helsinki city in the evening, a few beers - avoiding the liquorice vodka - and another nice meal.
