Castle Howard

Castle Howard, Yorkshire's finest historic house & estate. Castle Howard is a magnificent 18th-century residence set in the Howardian Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.  Brideshead revisited was filmed here. The photo shows the great hall ceiling from the staircase.
Update - in 2019 Bridgerton was filmed here. It was a smash hit on Netflix.
