Cafe Culture

Surf plans for birthday trip were abandoned today due to there being none.
We opted for a retail therapy road trip instead and were in the cool part of Nottingham in time for morning coffee. The Teen wandered the vintage shops while we reminisced and tried to spot our 20 year younger selves.
A little shopping, lots of chatting and Jamie's for lunch made for a great day. The blip had competition from a busking pianist (he had clearly brought his own piano with him!)
Home via our local ice cream drive-thru and a chilled out evening. Nothing to complain about.
