The only dry place

today is my polytunnel. I should have been out there doing jobs but the weather is so cold and wet I have lost motivation. Lots growing in here but very slowly, I think I have enough lettuce to feed the whole street! Any ideas of what to do with it all apart from feed it to Foxy the hen who you can see standing at the door.

We have just had our Sunday roast dinner a day early and for pudding scots pancakes, ice cream and strawberries from the tunnel to go with it. Very yummy
