Two for the price of one

This little bee was loving the geums.  Every time I just got him into focus he flew off to the next one. And now that I look at the image there is another insect too.

Most plants in the garden are pink or purple so these orange geums really stand out.

Mr F went out to dinner somewhere this evening so I walked Murphy round the block. We had a nice leisurely walk.

My leg is now healing quite well and I've even run a few times this week.  Mainly when I was running across the road to miss the traffic. Talking about my leg, when they removed the lump they put it in a little pot and sent it off to be analysed for nasty things.  There was a letter the other day from the doctors.  I didn't expect them to find anything but still I opened it with my heart racing. And you'll be pleased to know that they didn't find anything.
