Coming along . . .

Last July we were given part of a neighbours' vegetable garden as they weren't fit to look after it any longer.  By the time I'd cleared it, it looked like this.  

Now the hens occupy half of it, and I've planted up the rest of it with garlic, beans, spinach, peas, tatties, rhubarb, gooseberries, onions, cabbage and broccoli!  Together with the eggs from the hens, I think we'll survive!  

We'll have to barter for alcohol!
