we nipped up to the park for a game of tennis - peggy was desperate and daisy...amazingly..was keen. it was blooming' freezing. the girls went off to the park after a while so I could thrash beefy at a few games.

I tried to go for a run in the morning as training for my 10k in 10 days time. I was shite today...will I be able to run the whole 10k? who knows... occasionally I go out running and feel as if I could run forever, but mostly I just want to sit on the pavement and have a tantrum, refusing to go any further. I need shia le boeuf to follow me, shouting at me...
