Noodle Toss

A deft flick of her wrist and her noodles are tossed into the bowl. She'll do this a couple hundred times a day at least. This coffee shop must date back to the 70's or 80's (those blue tiles on the wall were used everywhere then. In fact, we had a green version on our bathroom walls) so she's probably been cooking and selling those noodles for decades.
