Richard is putting up a fence in the back garden and making a fine job of it.

When the house was originally built, back in the 1960s, the gardens were divided by a fence of small concrete posts and wire. Since then, all manner of different walls have been built, some of them less aesthetically pleasing than others. So now, after 22 years here, we're finally putting up a fence.

Richard has attached the fence posts firmly to the original concrete posts, ready to place the fence panels.
