Ant Farmer

I cultivate a few patches of stinging nettles in my garden for the benefit of various insects. Here an ant farms his herd of greenfly from which he will harvest a milky substance. With a bit of luck this collection of aphids will lead to an infestation of ladybirds later on in the summer.
