Pretty and Pink

This simple camellia is my favourite winter flower.  I am catching up on house hold tasks today and while hanging out the washing a Tui was singing to me and it's friend flew very low past the line.  It is a sunny and mild day and not like winter at all.  I put the buds in the extras because the carpet of maple leaves is blurred in the background.  I walked the long way around to the line just so I could walk on this orange and red carpet.  Thoughts go to Biker Bear who hosts Flower Friday.
