Back to normality

Well the stressful weekend over, baby delivered safely. Mother very happy. Now to deal with me. I have been really poorly since Saturday night and have been surviving on ever drug know to man kind.
Went to acupuncture tonight, it is totally under estimated, what relief. Amazing
50% better, and pain levels bearable. It's been a strain talking, loss of concentration terrible and no sleep.
It's been an hard 4 days, not been myself
