The End Of The Day

A beautiful day and this evening could be the calm before the storm- quite literally with thunderstorms forecast for overnight.

On our walk round Shinewater lake this morning, Harley decided he was going for a swim. Not just a dip but a real swim, after the geese. He didn't get them but he didn't want to come back!

Someone Pete used to work with bought him back a cigar from her honeymoon in Cuba and tonight he decided to light it. For those that know Pete, you will realise this was something quite alien to him. And yes, he did cough and splutter a few times!
